With more than 300 completed projects, work on 4,000+ turbines, and over 30,000 CAT 3–5 blade repairs across fleets including Vestas, Siemens Gamesa, and Nordex, Denholm is a proven operator in the blade services sector.
When James Rothwell was headhunted to lead Denholm's renewables blade services division, he inherited an operation running on multiple disconnected applications. Day-to-day management of technician timesheets, job completions, client reporting, and health & safety activities such as toolbox talks were spread across different systems with no single source of truth.
The result was limited real-time visibility into what was happening across jobs and projects. Report generation was slow, taking hours of manual effort, and important operational and compliance information was scattered rather than centralised. At a time when the division needed to scale, these fragmented workflows were holding it back.
