Modern Slavery Statement

1. Introduction

This statement is made pursuant to Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. It sets out the steps that Railston & Company Ltd has taken and continues to take to ensure that modern slavery and human trafficking are not taking place within our business or supply chain.

We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships. We have a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure it does not occur anywhere in our operations.

2. Our Business

Railston & Company Ltd is a technology company registered in England and Wales (no. 08682574). We develop and operate the Collabaro platform, a workflow management solution for blade service contractors.

Our operations are primarily based in the United Kingdom, and we provide software services to clients across Europe. Our workforce consists of software engineers, product designers, and business professionals based in the UK.

3. Our Policies

We have implemented the following policies to identify and prevent modern slavery in our operations and supply chain:

• Anti-Slavery Policy: Establishes our commitment to acting with integrity and transparency, and sets out our zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery
• Recruitment Policy: Robust checks are conducted on all employees to confirm their right to work in the UK and to verify their identity
• Whistleblowing Policy: Encourages all employees, contractors, and suppliers to report concerns about any aspect of our business, including suspected modern slavery
• Supplier Code of Conduct: Requires all suppliers to confirm that they comply with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and do not engage in any form of modern slavery

4. Due Diligence

As part of our efforts to identify and mitigate the risk of modern slavery, we undertake the following due diligence processes:

• Assessment of modern slavery risks in our supply chain, with particular attention to high-risk sectors and geographies
• Evaluation of all new suppliers against our anti-slavery criteria before engagement
• Periodic review of existing suppliers to ensure ongoing compliance
• Inclusion of anti-slavery clauses in all supplier contracts
• Regular review of our internal practices and procedures

5. Training

We provide training to key staff to ensure they understand the signs of modern slavery and know how to report concerns. This includes:

• Training for recruitment and HR staff on identifying indicators of forced labour and trafficking
• Awareness training for procurement staff on supply chain risks
• Company-wide communication of our anti-slavery policies and reporting procedures
• Annual refresher training for all staff

We encourage anyone who has concerns about modern slavery within our business or supply chain to report them. Reports can be made:
