We built Collabaro to change that. Our mission is to give every blade service contractor the tools they need to prove compliance, capture revenue, and reduce admin — so they can focus on what they do best: keeping turbines turning.
Collabaro has its roots in IRIS, a field service platform we built over a decade ago for GEV Windpower. That early solution proved the concept — and taught us what blade service contractors actually need from their software. When we launched Collabaro in 2019 through Railston & Co Ltd, we carried that DNA forward: real-world field experience, combined with over 30 years of building and scaling successful technology ventures.
The founders have operated at the intersection of technology and business transformation — as consultants, interim directors, and founders — delivering digital systems that go beyond concept to become core operational infrastructure. Rather than building in isolation, we partnered directly with leading blade service contractors to develop software shaped by the people who use it every day.
